It has become an annual tradition that every August we ask Jo-Ann Wong to send us a selection of her snapshots from her active life in Utah’s art community. From concerts, to art shows to political rallies and more, it seems Wong is everywhere. And wherever she is, she likes to corral Utah’s creative individuals into a group and take a snapshot to commemorate the event. Wong says she’s been busier than normal this year working on issues within her own Millcreek community and wasn’t able to get out as much as normal. She also said that this year saw her at more performing arts and related events than visual arts events. Which actually worked out quite nicely for us, considering our expanding coverage of things outside of the visual arts community.

UTAH’S ART MAGAZINE SINCE 2001, 15 Bytes is published by Artists of Utah, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
