Next weekend is the Spring City Studio Tour, but potter Joe Bennion will be down on the Colorado that weekend, so if you want to catch him, you’ll have to go to his Studio Sale, Saturday the 13th. Bennion’s studio was our Studio Space feature for this month. Many Utahns came to “know” Bennion when Steve Olpin made his 1992 film “The Potter’s Meal” which was released at Sundance. Olpin is in the process of remastering the 28 min. film for a DVD re-release sometime next year. Here’s a short clip of the film that you can find on Youtube.
